provide the VISP with everything except their customers. The first thing we do is

You can maintain the site or we can, but the order process pages are completely maintained
and updated by us. This also provides the VISP with the means to signup their customers,
furnish them with instructions for setting up their internet service, tracking their
customers usage and payment history, and much more. We do everything but signup the
customers, from maintaining the portal & customer databases to billing, to training
and everything in between. In return we send the VISP a check for the difference between
the cost of the service and what you charge your customers for the service. So all you do
is sign them up, promote your new venture and cash the checks.

| A. (Existing) You bill the end user, we provide the VISP with everything except
their customers. The first thing we do is establish your frames page, hosted by us,
branded with your name, your existing look and your logo's. You place a link on your
existing site taking the user to the Local Number Finder and Order pages hosted on your
mirror site in our server. The end user then places the order and upon completion is taken
back to your main site without ever knowing they left your site to begin with! The user is
billed the first month by our billing company InterNet Services, Inc. and from there after
is placed into your database and billed by you, or you can have them billed by you right
from the start. We bill you on a monthly basis for each user in your database. If you pay
us $8.00 per user per month and have 100 users in your database then we bill you
$800.00 on the 1st or 15th (depending on when you signed up with us), it's that simple!
You have complete control of the database and can add, delete, edit or just about anything
else you may need to do, to the users and their information. Or you can just keep the
username and password in the database and keep the users information private only to your
company. The order process does the complete job automatically: The system will bill the
user, add them to your database and update ours, set up their 3 email accounts, send them
instructions, and display instructions and the account record to them on completion of
there order, then put them back into your main site.

it for you. The domain name will be registered in your name as the owner & you pay the
registration fees.

is very important, you can have your new users use your existing domain name as their
email address but then setting up email will be your responsibility, or you can have them
use the domain name you will register as the mirror site hosted with us. Here is an
example: If your existing domain is .... www.acme.com then you should have us
register .... www.acmeISP.com as your mirror domain and use that for
there email address also.

| Q. Do I need a computer to do this? ============================================ |

should have a PC to become a VISP. Maybe the best thing for us to do right now is order
you a computer. In addition to that a second phone line is helpful so your route of

a front page site that you can then link to your VISP. However, you may develop new

are links from sites containing porn, gambling or dealing with illegal activities such as
