There are two ways to handle the users email accounts.
We can host the email domain or you can host it. (not recommended)

If we are hosting the email for your reseller domain then your users will have the choice to select up to 5 email account user names while placing there order with you for the dial-up account. The email accounts are created automatically when the users credit card or check is approved and there order is completed. That's why we don't suggest you use your own email server, since it would not be automated.
Using our email server also gives the user the chance to use thier Web Mail and send and receive online through your website. Our email server client works with any mail client and we do tech support you completely on it.
